5) 4-5 red chili peppers(dried)
6) 1 pound steak
7) 2 minced cloves of garlic
8) 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
9) 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
10) 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
11) 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
12) 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
13) 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
14) 1/2 teaspoon of salt
